I'd definitely recommend Springfield Washington because not happy about only having 1 monthes warrenty which we werent informed untill after the cash sale was complete

Springfield Washington staff were good because salesmans attitute first class. Price of car very good. All round very goo on all accounts.

My experience at Springfield Washington could have been better because the sidelight wasn't working and this after an MOT! the replaced headrest did not match and there was only one key so we now have to purchase another one. Lee also couldn't help in setting up ther phone, so we had to seek assistance at an alternative garage only to find that the phone is not compatible with the bluetooth in that car.

Springfield Washington were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the staff are very friendly and pleased to help anyway they can. The car I bought was immaculate inside and out and Peter and Lee (sales people) were very professional and very helpful.

I'd recommend Springfield Washington because the sales man was very good and I felt on ease when buying my sons first car. We have had the car 2weeks and the brakes are making a noise, when I rang springfield there were very good and said bring it straight in with it still been under the 28 day. The sales man was very good.
